Elk Bath

| People were gathered looking down into Redwood Creek as we drove through Orick, so we pulled over to see what was up. Elk were up, that’s what. Or down, a whole family of about 50, including four big bucks, splashing or just cooling their heels in the creek below the overpass. We watched them for 30 minutes or so. Very cool. |
