Slip-Slidin’ Away

After a *really* wet winter, the ground just west of the Trinidad Fishermen’s Memorial is giving way. The city sandbagged the parking area last year when a crack developed, then raised barricades in February. Now the trash can and benches have been removed, as the land starts to slide toward Old Home Beach. Lost Coast Outpost used these photos in a story on the Memorial, and SFGate.com picked it up.
