Spring Floods
There’s between 140-180% of “normal” snowpack up in the mountains, and that’s starting to melt and flow downhill, through our yard, flooding the subdivisions foolishly built on the floodplains, and inundating hundreds of acres in the middle of Cache Valley. Springtime as usual, though still pretty chilly, in Northern Utah. (©Ted Pease 2011)
